Three Guests Only

You may bring 3 guests with you so we are able to adhere to social distancing within the boutique. Your guests must remain seated for the duration of your appointment, this falls into social distancing rules (however, they are of course allowed to use the bathroom).

We kindly ask that you don’t bring children to your appointment to ensure we keep everyone safe. Nursing babies are not included in this. We will review this in keeping with government updates.

Sharing With Loved Ones

You may of course choose to use something like Zoom during the appointment should you wish. This allows you to have a wider audience at your appointment. We are more than happy to provide you with a sanitised iPad and an account should you not have access to this technology yourself. Please let us know if you need access to this before your appointment and we will provide you with the details for your appointment with a personally generated and secure password.

Hand Sanitizer Upon Arrival

We ask that you use our foot pump hand sanitizer station upon arrival. We have hand sanitizer available throughout the boutique for your use and a separate bathroom for our brides.

Masks and PPE

We kindly ask that you and your guests wear a mask for the duration of your appointment -apart from when drinking your cocktails! We’ll also allow you to remove your mask at specific points during your appointment, when staff are able to take a step back to view you in your beautiful dress.

Cleaning the Boutique

We will be giving the boutique a deep clean every day. We will be giving ourselves between each appointment for cleaning and sanitizing the boutique.

Trying On Gowns

Prior to your appointment with us, we ask you to take some time to fill out your personal bridal profile ‘Appointments Preparations Form’ which enables us to get to know you, your wedding, and any ideas and styles you have for your special day! We will ask you to pre browse our collections on our website prior to your appointment and select your 5 favourite gowns/seperates that you would like to try on. We will have gathered your selection ready for your appointment. During your appointment you will have the opportunity to try on a maximum of 7 gowns. This really adds excitement into your appointment alongside the COVID requirements every quality and couture bridal boutique is adhering to.

Please note that Staff will be in the changing room assisting you in and out of the gowns.

We ask that you observe our collections without touching as to minimise touch points.

Keep to your Appointment Timings

Please keep to your appointment timings so there is no crossover between clients. Please ensure you arrive on time and be aware of your appointment length.

Symptoms or Feeling Unwell

If your guests are showing any of the signs or symptoms of Covid 19, please call ahead to reschedule your appointment free of charge.
