Surely we’re not the only one who feels like there is a different celebrity getting married every day as we scroll through our Insta feeds? It’s likely to only get busier as the summer approaches. With the likes of Paris Hilton, Ariana Grande and Nicola Peltz-Beckham all getting married within the last year, we’ve drooled over the beautiful works of art they wore on their big days. Unsurprisingly, most of the brides we’ll be mentioning today said yes to more than one wedding dress, which means we have so many bridal gowns to discuss and show you. We’re focusing on four must-see celebrity bridal gowns to inspire you for your big day, so without further ado, here’s the celebrity wedding dresses of the year.
The bridal gown everyone is talking about this Spring
Nicola Peltz-Beckham’s Valentino Haute Couture bridal gown featured a very flattering square neckline with wide straps. Accessorised to the max, she added a stunning veil and train, along with French lace gloves and platform heels.

If Nicola’s dress had you dreaming about a luxury couture bridal look for your wedding day, you may want to take a look at Jane Hill’s Ellington. With a similar statement square neckline as well as thick straps, you can be sure to emulate the classic timeless bridal vibe that everyone was talking about from Nicola Peltz-Beckham. Ellington also shines through with flirty sheer side panels, which make it a little more modern-luxe than Nicola’s classic choice. Add chunky fashion-forward bridal heels and elegant French lace gloves, just like Nicola, for a bridal look that ticks every box.
Three wedding dresses for the fashion-forward bride
Naturally, Paris Hilton isn’t a fashion icon for wearing basic, ‘girl next door’ clothing. She has standout style, and of course, she had not 1, but 4 wedding dresses.
For her wedding ceremony, Paris Hilton wore a very romantic, long and simply beautiful bridal gown. The dress was doused in intricately appliquéd flowers with a sheer underlay – so if you’re after this elegant and standout look, you need to try on Rylan by Watters Wtoo. Though it lacks the high neck, it’s delicate yet bold piece is scattered with appliqué flowers over a sheer top, with a plunge V neckline. These wedding dresses also differ based on the skirt, with Rylan being a gorgeous crepe A-line.
For her first dance, she changed into an off-the-shoulder ballgown dress. It oozed ‘fairytale’ and was fit for the classic wedding dress most of us dreamt about as a little girl. Raphaelle by Vera Wang is a little less ballgown but certainly has the Princess, bridal vibe that Paris Hilton was displaying at the evening reception of her wedding day. Raphaelle by Vera Wang has a defined bodice structure which is subtly visible, in keeping with that of the dress Paris wore, and the overall dress style is a little more soft and whimsical – and to emulate Hilton further, a tulle off-the-shoulder strap could be adding for that ‘fairytale’ finishing touch.
For dinner, Paris Hilton stepped into a bridal gown showered with jewels, complete with a plunging neckline and sequin cape. For a romantic, straight cut dress that is similar in style, take a peek at Rosa Clara’s dresses, Ocean and Olay in particular. Olay will give the sexy plunge featuring delicate beading, decorated with a ribbon draped over the open back. Alternatively, for a little more elegance, Ocean also has the beading but is less fitted up top – however, don’t be fooled thinking it won’t be flattering, as it hugs the waist perfectly. Both will make your summer wedding dreams come true.
Sultry, modern luxe heaven for the chic bride
Without even being told the designer of Ariana Grande’s wedding dress, you could have guessed from the detailed back that it was a Vera Wang Bridal masterpiece. Created from silk and featuring an empire-waist column, rounded off with a daring low back and a subtle strap across the mid-back, it suited Ariana’s signature style to a T.

Naturally, we have the Vera Wang dupes to mention. Amandine was specifically designed by Vera Wang Bridal, inspired by the very dress worn by Ariana Grande at her own wedding. With its elegant soft crepe mermaid train, seductive low back, soft draping around the neckline and detachable spaghetti straps – you can emulate Ariana to the T.
Babette is another Ariana-inspired choice, again by Vera Wang. With an elegant strapless neckline, thick strap across the mid-back and daring plunge at the back also, it’s very similar in bodice to the dress worn by Ariana. Babette also features a cascading bustle of soft ivory on the train, creating a show-stopper bridal look from the back.
Off the shoulder luxury followed by silky, strappy bridal heaven
Undoubtedly one of the hottest weddings of the year (metaphorically, of course), Hailey Bieber had many consumed by the sheer beauty of her wedding pictures. Her luxury bridal gown almost looked like a florist’s workshop as it was showered with gorgeous appliqué which screamed Jane Hill. Clover differs from Hailey’s dress as it includes a square neckline, although you’ll still be turning heads with the stunning sparkle underlay and floral appliqué throughout. It also has the option for a natural ivory underlay or mink to really make it yours.
Alternatively, if it’s the shape you’re after, Laure by Vera Wang offers long sleeved embellished heaven, complete with the off-the-shoulder, low-back silhouette similar to that of Hailey Bieber’s wedding dress.
Later in the evening, Hayley Bieber wore a Vera Wang slip dress with trainers for a more casual, fun bridal look for dancing with her new husband. The soft satin slip dress is reminiscent of our bridal separates by Catherine Deane – also satin and perfect for that understated bridal look.
So that’s our round-up of celebrity dupes from weddings of the year. They’re great for inspiration and we recommend at least trying one dress on which is slightly out of your comfort zone as it’ll often surprise you and flatter your shape in ways you wouldn’t have imagined.
