We do love a bit of romance and we most certainly love everything about our newlyweds Mr and Mrs Flanaghan’s wedding day!
With her own interior design company and an eye for detail, Jess knew exactly what she wanted from the word go and we have been counting down the days until we would receive these gorgeous images!
Just to give you a little gaze into the proposal, Drew plucked up the courage on 26th June 2015, one evening whilst on a family holiday in Malaysia, he suggested that they walked alone across a beach to their evening meal…“there wasn’t a soul on the beach, just us and the South China Sea. He proposed with a Polo! Which I still have! I then designed my engagement ring and we had it made by a wonderful jewellery designer in Lewes near Brighton. It’s an unusual Smokey grey sapphire with leaves either side which have tiny diamonds in them”

This lovely pair tied the knot at Sopley Mill in Christchurch, a beautiful watermill with stunning views over the Avon water meadows. Jess wore the romantic Olivia gown by Watters WTOO in a warm oatmeal colour to compliment her beautiful English rose complexion.
The detail on Jess gown was exquisite! Covered in delicately hand-beaded Swarovski crystal embellished flowers which cascaded across the bodice and onto her soft dreamy tulle overskirt with horse hair hem. Adding her own personal touches with delicate straps and a scattering of petals and flowers to emphasise the ornate soft back detail, Jess styled her gown to suit her and the wedding perfectly.
Everything about Jess’ look was dreamy and romantic and we loved how she worked a soft bohemian vibe into her styling. Her hair worn in loose romantic waves with a delicate floral hair vine which Jess handmade herself!
Effortlessly effective all of the little rustic finer details flowed beautifully. With soft foliage and roses handpicked to frame the seating plans and reflect Jess’ bridal bouquet.

“Right from the start, visiting the beautiful boutique shop and through to getting my gown dealing with Hannah and her colleagues was a real pleasure. You feel like you are being looked after really well, nothing is too much trouble and you are made to feel very special as the bride to be, which is the experience you are looking for when choosing your wedding gown. My dress was ordered in especially from America and Hannah really went the extra mile to make it perfect for me.”
