1. Exaggerated Volume
If you’ve always pictured yourself looking like a real-life princess on your wedding day, then this is definitely the style of dress for you! A beautiful tiered ball gown with layers upon layers is going to give you that regal, dreamy appearance that will be sure to wow everyone (especially the Groom!).
This is a trend we have loved for years, that just keeps coming back with its different variations. Exaggerated volume in 2019 most definitely focuses on the tiered skirt, and here are some of our favourites…
Wedding Location Match: Castle or Chateau
A new trend for 2019 wedding dresses that has gradually started to make an appearance is Bows on dresses. Whether they are supersized, or beautifully understated they are a welcomed addition to some of our classic wedding dresses. Two of our favourite dresses from the Hannah Elizabeth Boutique that fall under this trend are pictured below…
We are completely obsessed with the perfectly shaped, simple bows that just make the dresses that little bit more feminine and elegant. Particularly on the Rosa Clara dress, the bow makes for a perfect waist belt that cinches you in and shapes your body. We think bows are going to be a great hit this year, and we are so glad to have these beautiful options in our Boutique for you.
Wedding Location Match: Manor House or Estate
3. Simple & Classic
A clean and classic silhouette and simple tailoring is going to be particularly popular style for 2019 Wedding Dresses. Inspired by the stunning Meghan Markle and her simple and regal aesthetic, this trend is bringing a timeless and modern style of dress.
Sometimes it’s easy to get lost in all the glitz and glam that wedding dresses can offer, but the most simple dresses can often be the most elegant and flattering. It’s always worth trying a style that you might not consider, and this is one that can often get left behind and we’re really not sure why!
Wedding Location Match: Exclusive Hotel
4. Halter Neck
Another Meghan Markle inspired trend is the halter neck dress. We are completely on-board with this trend and love the uniqueness it brings. The halter neckline makes for a more sensual and sleek aesthetic, and it really is the perfect style of dress for any abroad weddings as more skin is exposed than usual.
We love the sheer lace halter neck that our featured dresses have, it really does make for the most feminine and sleek dress. For us this has to be the standout trend for 2019 Wedding Dresses, it’s so beautifully different from many of the other styles of dresses we have seen over the past years. It is the epitome of a modern day wedding dress.
Wedding Location Match: Beach
5. Wedding Lingerie
A trend particularly focused on the upper part of the wedding dress, is the lingerie look. For that slightly more risky and sensual appearance, this style is perfect. A lot of brides in fact add a layer of nude material behind the lace, so it may appear that your skin is on show when in fact it isn’t.
The two of the below dresses are crafted from the most luxurious lace and you really can tell. Whether you’re an all over lace kind of girl, or just fancy a small touch, this style is perfect as the lace bustier looks perfectly delicate when peeping over bare skin. Lace doesn’t always have to be traditional and this trend certainly shows that!
Wedding Location Match: Converted Barn
We have to apologise if we have now left you drooling over multiple wedding dresses… we don’t blame you! Luckily enough we have every single one of these stunning dresses in the Hannah Elizabeth Boutique available for you to try.
